Alpha Bio Tec has announced that the company is launching the Alpha Universe MultiUnit angular abutment system for use with tilted implants. The new angular abutment system complements the range of Alpha-Bio Tec implantology products.

Flexibility - The MultiUnit body is supplied connected to a unique, patent pending, flexible plastic handle. The flexible handle enables precise base placement, even in hard to reach places.
Extra Strength - The uniquely designed base and cover are screwed together in order to provide extra strength and stability, assuring a long-term solution.
Universal Compatibility - Alpha Universe is compatible with the standard Alpha-Bio Tec tools and prosthetic parts to reduce inventory and to simplify the restoration process.
Simplicity - The simple and easy to use Alpha Universe MultiUnit abutment system consists of two parts: The base (UniBase), available in a range of angles and heights and the cover (UniCover) available in a range of designs according to the desired restoration option.
The UniBase is available in 17º and 30º angles, 1.5 and 2.5 mm heights. The UniBase kit contains the base, connected to the flexible handle and two UniScrews - a blue screw for the physician and a silver screw for the lab. The range of UniCovers enables a wide range of restoration options - screw retained, bar retained, ball retained and cement retained. UniCovers are also available in a range of heights for optimal esthetics.
