Research Coordinator

About the Position

Are you well organized and interested in medical devices research? As a research coordinator you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to research projects, while ensuring their timely and successful completion while adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines.

What responsibilities will you have?

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Recruit and screen researchers with the research manager according to protocol requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and complete research records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to grant proposals and funding applications.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues associated with research projects.
  • Stay informed of current research practices and best practices.
  • Responsible on Clinical protocol and report, User evaluation protocol and report.
  • Manage with the Research manager the assigned research projects within established protocols and budgets.
  • Make decisions on minor logistical and administrative matters related to research projects.
  • Escalate major issues or decisions to the Principal Investigator or Program Manager.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of research protocols in collaboration with the research team.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, health, research administration)
  • Strong understanding of research ethics and regulations (e.g., GCP, IRB)
  • Experience with research methodologies and data collection techniques
  • Proficient in research administration software (e.g., REDCap, CTMS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
