Training & Education Coordinator

What responsibilities will you have?

  • Plan, organize, and execute academic events and training sessions, both locally and internationally.

  • Communicate with speakers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry leaders to coordinate training sessions and ensure smooth event participation.

  • Manage speaker arrangements, including invitations, contracts, travel, honorarium, and advertising requirements.

  • Develop training agendas in collaboration with speakers and clinical advisors.

  • Ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and products for training sessions.

  • Oversee logistical aspects of events, including AV setup, attendee materials, catering, and registration follow-up.

  • Maintain and manage training and marketing inventory to ensure sufficient resources for trainings (demo products, notebooks, branded items, etc.).

  • Collaborate with production companies to identify suitable venues and ensure all event requirements are met.

  • Work with vendors to create event agendas, invitations, and training materials.

  • Handle event registrations, manage attendee communications, and collect feedback post-events.

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning, training coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with speakers, partners, and distributors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for international events. 

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with logistics management and event technologies.
  • Knowledge of the dental or medical device industry is an advantage.

Critical Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning or training coordination.
  • Experience in working with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
