Training & Education Coordinator

What responsibilities will you have?
Plan, organize, and execute academic events and training sessions, both locally and internationally.
Communicate with speakers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry leaders to coordinate training sessions and ensure smooth event participation.
Manage speaker arrangements, including invitations, contracts, travel, honorarium, and advertising requirements.
Develop training agendas in collaboration with speakers and clinical advisors.
Ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and products for training sessions.
Oversee logistical aspects of events, including AV setup, attendee materials, catering, and registration follow-up.
Maintain and manage training and marketing inventory to ensure sufficient resources for trainings (demo products, notebooks, branded items, etc.).
Collaborate with production companies to identify suitable venues and ensure all event requirements are met.
Work with vendors to create event agendas, invitations, and training materials.
Handle event registrations, manage attendee communications, and collect feedback post-events.

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning, training coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with speakers, partners, and distributors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for international events.
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with logistics management and event technologies.
- Knowledge of the dental or medical device industry is an advantage.
Critical Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in event planning or training coordination.
- Experience in working with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
